I've been crazy about chocolate desserts lately. Over the past weeks I've been baking (and of course eating) chocolate fudge cakes and brownies, all by myself. I'm letting myself go, I'm getting fat!
I finally found a simple brownie recipe from Jamie Oliver and successfully baked one. I don't think Jamie would mind that I tweaked it a bit, by pouring in loads of chopped walnuts and dried cranberries. I also added a dash of expresso for a bit of a caffeine kick.This is how I like it, serving it warm with a huge dollop of ice cream, more fat! What I'd like to call a double whammy.
